This week Worthington Ag Parts has been attending the Michigan Ag Expo show located in Lansing, MI offering 10% off all show orders and free shipping! It's been the first time we have displayed at this particular show in almost fifteen years. You may not know this but the old days we just stood there handed out catalogs and took down your parts inquiries! Times have sure changed! Today we can check stock levels, process orders and your parts ship within 24 hours! If you order them the first day of the show they may even beat you home if you are staying the next two days!
Here are the guys who set up and managed the show in Lansing left to right: Randy Mittlestadt, Director Of Operations, Matt Rowland, Manager of our Leesburg, Indiana store, Carl Vande Weerd, Farm Show Manager and Jamey Beardon Asst. Farm Show Manager based out of our St. Johns, MI stores. (Missing from the photo also in attendance was Greg Clemens, VP/MIS) Combine parts were very popular throughout the show and farmers get ready for harvest. We sold used, after-market new and re-manufactured parts at the booth. There was a lot of interest in our new Capello corn heads at the show. There are rumors from the farmers that if you want a certain OEM corn head you can't even order it in 2010! We will be displaying a twelve row, 30 inch row spacing, chopping corn head at ever show this fall. Guess what IT EVEN FOLDS! Yes that's right we sell a folding corn head. You no longer have to trailer it to leave the field just fold it up in minutes and drive on down the road! The display is complete with hydraulics and we can show you how easy it is to fold up one end of the corn head!
